The hardest thing for a parent is to lose a child. But what if your child is suffering a long and torturous history of psychiatric illness and is just granted permission for his self-long-desired euthanasia? White Flash follows the journey of Aagje and Toon in the last six weeks leading up to the death of their 42-year-old son Rick, in which they try to let him go as the most extreme expression of their love.
