An artful businessman intends to build a large commercial complex. But bad luck, there is no free space for this in the city center. The businessman incites selfish city officials to demolish the building of a boarding school for disabled children, where the heroine of the film, the silent girl Nastya, ends up. But the children categorically disagree with this and defend their home.
Vladimir is a theatre and film director, writer, and poet. His musical The Drayman and the King (1990) was widely praised at the Toronto Film Festival and the Los Angeles Film Festival, winning him global recognition. He is the Head of the Moscow Musical and Drama Theater “ÀNTE”.
