Synopsis :

Nima, a Bhutanese school teacher, is accused of appearing in a non-consensual video, in the process losing her job and her boyfriend. Dismayed, she travels to the south of Bhutan in search of her doppelganger. As she becomes entangled in her lookalike’s life, she realizes she might be the only one to solve her doppelganger’s disappearance, and also recover a 'stolen' sacred song.


Directors Bio :

Dechen Roder is one of the few female filmmakers in Bhutan. She has made several short films which have participated in numerous festivals around the world, including in competition at the Berlinale Shorts in 2015. She is also the co-founder and organizer of Bhutan’s first film festival- Beskop Tshechu.
