Special screening at IFFI 2019 – I’m Gonna Tell God Everything

The 50th IFFI is filled with films that tell stories of human suffering and power of endurance and deals with stories of the modern world with conflicts on a global scale and how they affect the individuals across the world. One of the most important and persistent crises that we face today is the crisis of immigration. The Syrian immigrant crisis has found cinematic voice through master filmmakers over the last few years as an acknowledgement to this ongoing crisis.

The film I’m Gonna Tell God Everything borrows its title from the last words of a 3 year old Syrian boy in a hospital at Damascus. The film directed by Dev Pinn deals with true events that happened in Syria between 2011 and 2018 and how human lives are at stake in one of the most bloodiest times of the middle east. The film is set to have an India Premiere at the 50th edition of IFFI.

Catch the movie as it makes you empathise with those is agony and unleashes a sense of resentment.
