On the spot Delegate Registration is open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Old GMC Complex.
Interested individuals will have to fill the delegate registration form, submit two passport
size photographs and fees of Rs 200/- for attending the film screenings at INOX.
(Delegate cards to be issued within an hour)

for sale to general public from 30th November - 9th December '04
at Rs. 50/- only
Tickets will be available only one day in advance at Stall No.41, Miramar Beach, Panaji.
Parking in parade ground only, for all activity bus shuttle available between old-GMC and Kala academy, free of cost.
Special Kadamba buses will leave at 10:00 p.m. from ferry jetty near hotel Mandovi for Valpai, Mandre, Pernem, Bicholim, Sanguem, Curchoram & Ponda.
