Directed by late Kundan Shah, this film featured some of the noteworthy actors like Naseeruddin Shah, Om Puri & Pankaj Kapur. This Movie has some of the best scenes that is known for its acute observation, but also for the way it is shot. Its hard lining conversation between the representative of the state and the greedy construction magnate about permissions for building skyscrapers is as relevant today as it was then.
