DELEGATE REGISTRATION
The distribution of cards for the delegates and the press for the 39th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) has begun from the 19th of November, 2008.
‘Goa Cinephile’ has been established with a special office, exclusively set up at the Old GMC Building. Five Hundred and Nineteen membership cards are already being distributed.
