Corrigendum No. 2 for Production Agency for IFFI 2017

With reference to the RFP floated by NFDC on 17th Oct’17 and the Corrigendum on 24th
Oct’17 for selection of Production Agency for IFFI-2017, the following clauses may read as
under:

  1. Annexure I, Point 4, Clause 9, Page 23 (Production of Audio – Visual Inputs);
    Annexure II, Point 4, Clause 9, Page 30 (Production of Audio – Visual Inputs); and
    Appendix A, Point 4, Clause 9, Page 59 (Production of Audio – Visual Inputs)
    – Wherever the words “8 episodes prior to festival regarding various aspects of the
    journey of IFFI for the last 48 years and Indian & International Cinema; and 9
    episodes of daily reports of various events organised as during the festival”
    occur, these are hereby changed to “42 episodes in all at the rate of 03 episodes
    of 24 minutes each per day; those prior to the festival regarding various aspects
    of the journey of IFFI for the last 48 years and Indian & International Cinema; and
    those episodes during the festival as daily reports of various events organised
    during the festival”
    – the words ‘’17 Episodes of 24 minutes each” is hereby changed to “42 Episodes
    of 24 minutes each”.
  2. Annexure VIII, Page 73 –
    The words “Scope of Work for Production of 17 Episodes & DAVP Rate Card” is
    hereby changed to “Scope of Work for Production of 42 Episodes & DAVP Rate
    Card”.
  3. Table of Content, Page 2 –
    The words “Annexure VII – Scope of Work for Production of 17 Episodes & DAVP Rate
    Card” is hereby changed to “Annexure VII – Scope of Work for Production of 42
    Episodes & DAVP Rate Card”.
  4. Wherever in the RFP document the words “17 Episodes” / “17 TV Episodes” occur,
    they may be read as “42 Episodes” / “42 TV Episodes”.
  5. Earnest Money Deposit, Page 10 & Annexure V, Page 36 –
    The EMD amount is hereby changed from Rs. 7.25 Lakhs to Rs. 14.00 Lakhs.
  6. Part III, Evaluation of Technical Proposal, Point 11, Page 16 –
    The below explanation is being added :
    The technical scores will be computed as follows:-
    TS= 100 X T/TP
    (TS= Technical Score)
    (TP = Highest Mark of Technical Proposals)
    (T= Mark of Technical Proposal obtained by the PA).
